The Groves Golf Course is a challenging 18 hole golf public golf course located in Sarasota Florida. This pristine Executive golf course is located just off I-75 and University Pkwy and is a short drive from Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice.

Tight fairways and sloping greens reward shot placement and accuracy, making this course feel like a championship par 72 course in spite of its par 63 rating. The Groves provides 18 challenging holes designed by well-known golf course architect, Arthur Hills.

With its nine par 4s, nine par 3s, the Groves feels unlike any other short course you have ever played, and not one you will soon forget. This is not your usual short course, so be prepared for a challenging and enjoyable round of golf that will make you want to come back again and again.

Our 50 plus acres of beautiful scenic Florida landscape provide you with a memorable and highly enjoyable golf experience.  Relax amidst our natural but manicured setting. The course opens for tee times at 7am. Tee times are available seven days in advance online, and by calling the pro shop at 941-371-0982.
